The dresses:
Cinderella's Blue Gown from Disney's
I've already ranted about this dress numerous times already, so here's the short version:
Doesn't look like the original, wrong color, not enough sparkle, and the Goddamn butterflies didn't match and made the whole thing look cheap.
Emma Watson's Yellow Dress from "Beauty and the Beast" live remake (2017)
So, there's been talk going around that Emma herself had created the dress because she wanted it to be more "Emma" than "Belle" but I haven't seen anything to back the latter part up. However, the designer has a tendency of making things look "off the rack" meaning you could go to a "David's Bridal" (or a similar store) and find it on the clearance rack. -insert rattlesnake noise from "Drag Race" here-
Claire's Red Dress from "Outlander" Season two
I'm hesitant to do this because I kinda like it. However, I do have some nitpicks about it (like saggy tits never looked good on anyone) and there were things I wanted to tweak with (try a different fabric, find a way to make the bodice stronger and support the girls, play around with the skirt, etc.)
Acid Betty's "Bitch Perfect/Red carpet" Runway look from "RuPaul's Drag Race)
As much as I really do enjoy Betty's looks both off and on "Drag Race" this was just a "ugck" for me. Admittedly, I'm actually scared about doing this one. Why? Cause (1) I know I'll really fuck this up worse than both LailaMcQueen and Dax Exclamation (No)Point both did in their lipsync combined and (2) oddly enough, I'm not alone in my reaction (other people didn't like it either).
(Dis)Honorable Mention
Joy Villa's Grammy "Voldermort" dress from 2017 Grammys:
In the event that I chicken out on doing the last two dresses, this' going to be a filler. Joy said she wore it to "show support for her president" while becoming a hit amongst the still gullible conservatives. Even without the controversial print, the dress' silhouette is just fail also.
